The modern kitchen is very well equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and all standard appliances.
Bedroom 1 features a comfortable box-spring bed (180x200 cm with a single, continuous mattress), a wardrobe, and a TV.
The second bedroom has a comfortable single bed.
There is a large, inviting bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet, and heated towel rack.
The apartment has granite tile flooring. Smoking is permitted only on the terrace.
