Unobstructed views of the Baltic Sea! This tastefully decorated holiday rental offers unobstructed views of the Baltic Sea towards the marina from both the balcony and inside the apartment. The 54 m² space features 2 rooms with wonderful amenities. The beach is about a 5-minute walk away.

Our holiday rental is located on the 2nd floor. It’s in a quiet location near the beach and accommodates 2–4 people. You can enjoy the beautiful view of the Baltic Sea from the beach chair on the balcony or take a 5-minute walk to the beach.
Bright, inviting living room with a couch (converts to a sleeper sofa for 2 people), TV armchair, TV, radio, CD player, and a lovely dining area with an unobstructed view of the Baltic Sea and access to the furnished west-facing balcony with a beach chair and awning.
The bedroom features a comfortable double bed and a wardrobe.
The modern kitchen is very well equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, washing machine/dryer, and standard kitchen appliances.
The beautiful, modern bathroom features a shower with a glass partition, toilet, and sink.
The apartment features designer hardwood floors and tile. A single-car garage is available. There is a large, lockable bike shed. Pets are not allowed here. Smoking is permitted only on the balcony.

Schöner und erholsamer Urlaub

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und die Ausstattung war in einem noch sehr neuen Zustand. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Blick auf die Ostsee und den Hafen war super. Leider hat die Wohnung kein W- LAN, das haben wir bei den Ausstattungsmerkmalen übersehen.
