Loved the property. It was immaculate. Staff was very friendly and efficient. My only criticism was the parking/valet situation. I knew it was a golf cart only community but did not realize that once your car is taken you have to call guest services for a golf cart pick up from your room (unless you're close enough to walk) and call/text for your car. The golf cart takes you to the reception area where your car is waiting. Too much trouble for us. That's my only complaint at an otherwise stellar resort. Kudos to Jana who checked us in who was very efficient and patient with all our questions. And especially to Alberto in Bell Services. He was our golf cart driver and was the friendliest, most enthusiastic, and helpful person. We loved him!
