Schöne Wohnung, gute Lage

Die Wohnung war sauber, die Küche war für uns ausreichend ausgestattet. Im Bad gibt es etwas Geruchsentwicklung was aber durch regelmäßiges Nutzen und Lüften deutlich reduziert wurde. Vermutlich liegt es an den Abwasserleitungen im Gebäude. Die Fußmatten am Eingang und auf dem Balkon waren aufgrund von Regen mit Wasser vollgesogen, hier sollte man unbedingt andere Matten verwenden.

Ferienwohnung mit kleineren Fehlern

Lage und Umgebung sind gut, die Ausstattung der Küche technisch in Ordnung, sonst eher spartanisch. Im Sanitärbereich gibt es Probleme mit dem Abwasser, was zur Geruchsbildung führt. Die Anlage selbst ist sauber und familientauglich.
