About this property

A lovely, small apartment for 2 people

I rent a sweet, cozy apartment for 2 people. The apartment is located 5 minutes away from the beach and sea. Short nearby are shops (a supermarket, and a bakery.)A bicycle rental is short near! The apartment is in my garden, separate from the house is the bedroom, situated in a garden-house , it has a double-bed. In the house is a small kitchenette with everything you need. A microwave, a refrigerator, a coffee machine with coffee and a small cooking apparatus (2 disc) It has a separate bathroom with toilet, shower and sink. A parking is right in front of the door and bicycles can been held up in the garden. There is a small terrace to sit.
One ( 1 ) dog is welcome, there is a pet fee of 20€ a week.

There is a minimum stay of 3 nights.

In the months June, July, August and September it is only rental per week !!


In the months June, Juli and August it's just rentable for a week.

Das Appartment ist sehr liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich habe keine 5 Sterne vergeben, da es kleinere Mängel ga, wie z.B. ein tropfender Wasserhahn und eine nicht schließbare Tür des Schlafzimmers. Die Vermieterin sagte mir, dass die Mängel bis zur nächsten Saison behoben werden. Mich haben sie während meines Aufenthaltes nicht sehr gestört.

Sehr netter Kontakt vorab per MailAls wir ankamen wurden wir sehr nett und herzlich empfangen und das Häuschen wurde uns gezeigt. Anfangs war ich etwas irritiert, dass es ein Wohnhäuschen mit Wohn-/Essecke, Küche, Duschbad UND ein weiteres Schlafhäuschen wenige Meter gegenüber gibt.Im Schlafhäuschen steht ein großes Bett, in dem ich super geschlafen habe - endlich mal ordentliche Kopfkissen und tolle Bettdecken.Beide Häuschen sind liebevoll eingerichtet.Die Küchenzeile ist voll ausgestattet.Zur Begrüßung stand eine Flasche Rosé Wein bereit.Ich habe direkt für Ostern gebucht

Die Unterkunft ist zum einen in die Jahre gekommen, zum anderen baulich suboptimal.Die Couch ist durch gesessen. Der Einstieg ist nur ca. 40cm breit. Das Bad / die Toilette ist nur durch eine Art Schranktür vom Küchen, Ess- und Wohnbereich getrennt und hält natürlich Gerüche nicht sonderlich ab.Bei der Bewertung hatten wir deutlich mehr erwartet und wissen auch nicht, wie diese Wohnung zu einer solchen Bewertung kommt.Die kleinliche Beschreibung sowie die Bildkommentierungen sind im Zusammenhang mit einer 9,5 Bewertung zu sehen.

Einerseits gemütlich und die Lage ist prima, aber einige Details im argen: Tropfender Wasserhahn, Dusche undicht ( Verkleidung hat nicht abgeschlossen), Türschloss klemmt, Tür zum Schlafraum schließt nur mit Kraft.Dir Trennung von Wohn und Schlafraum ist gewöhnungsbedürfig. Wehe es regnet und man muß Nachts auf die Toi.Trotzdem war es ein sehr angeehmer Aufenthalt.

das Schlafzimmer hatte nur die Tür,kein Fenster (war nicht gut) Ameisen vor dem Eingang konnte die T

Kleine, gemütliche Unterkunft.

Wir waren 4 Nächte in der Unterkunft - diese ist in ruhiger Lage gelegen. Sauber, gemütlich und liebevoll dekoriert. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und es ist von Buchung bis Abreise alles zu unserer absoluten Zufriedenheit abgelaufen. Wir haben uns während unseres Aufenthaltes sehr wohl gefühlt :-)

Die Wohnung ist zweigeteilt,zum Schlafen geht man gegenüber in eine Hütte.Das ist erst etwas befremdlich,hat aber letztendlich einen ganz besonderen Charme!Wir werden gerne wiederkommen!

Perfekter Hundeurlaub

Wenn man gemeinsam eine Auszeit mit seinem Hund haben möchte, hier ist das perfekt möglich. Plonas schönes Mini-Appartment liegt optimal in Strandnähe. Außerhalb der Saison kann man meist ohne Leine am Strand laufen und ganz in der Nähe gibt es ein tolles Naturgebiet, in dem der Hund offiziell frei laufen darf.

Ein schönes heimeliges Häuschen

Wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen 2 Erwachsene mit Hund die kleine Terasse war eingezäunt. Wir fanden es auch nicht schlimm das das Schlafzimmer 3 Schritte über den Hof war. Das Meer war Fußsläufig zu erreichen. Die Vermieterin war nett

einfach, aber vollständig

Das Schlafzimmer ist "draußen" über einen Hof in einem ausgebauten Schuppen. Trotzdem gemütlich. Die gesamte Unterkunft ist recht klein und einfach. Wir hatten einige schöne Tage dort. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich.
