It is located in a small apartment complex with lift access and both the living room and bedrooms have fixed internet connections. Start the day with a cup of tea on the balcony and prepare your favourite dish in the kitchen. One of the bathrooms is specially adapted for wheelchair users. A top holiday for everyone!
Winter sports in Kaprun stand for snow guarantee, cosiness and a range of possibilities. Together with the village of Zell am See, it forms a beautiful winter sports region with many opportunities for skiing or snowboarding. This is possible with just 1 ski pass! Surrounded by no fewer than three ski resorts, one of which has a glacier, there is no shortage of piste kilometres and snow. The glacier ensures that you can ski here almost all year round. From the village, the modern ski lift goes directly to the glacier area ! By the way, the ski bus stops in front of the door and the ski school for beginners is within 200 m of the apartment.

In summer, enjoy nature in the beautiful mountain world and take the most beautiful hiking, (motor) bike and mountain bike tours here. A must in summer is a visit to the beautiful Stausee with its panoramic views and its modern hydropower plant. Lake Zell lends itself to every kind of water sport, sailing rowing canoeing and water-skiing is possible. After a paraglider jump, a breathtaking car or motorbike ride on the Großglocknerstraße is the ultimate completion of your holiday!

The house is offered for 6 people and 1 baby. However, if you want a different layout, there is still a single folding bed on site that can be made up instead of, for example, the sofa bed. If you want this please let us know in advance so that it is ready for arrival.

Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
