Apartment Leon is the ideal starting point for your holiday. Whether on a winter or summer trip, the location is perfect: only 5 minutes walk to two golf courses & 900 m to the lifts. The ski bus stop is right in front of the house, so you can conveniently explore the neighboring towns and ski areas.

The location is ideal for all sorts of activities, whether you want action or merely take some time for relaxation.

Close to the Kitzsteinhorn Glacier means a summer day could consist of skiing in the morning and swimming in the crystal clear lake Zeller See in the afternoon - simply unbeatable!

Nice Location

Very clean location centrally located near Großglockner highway and top of the selzburg. I wish they have provided more than 1 toilet paper for family of 5 for 4 nights. We had to go out next day and buy a pack. Also pillows were very thin. Balcony chairs were broken and my daughter fell and hurt herself. Besides that it was good place with nice big kitchen and refrigerator.

Het appartement is duidelijk versleten. Van het bed wat met ducktape aan elkaar hangt. Tot de afzuigkap die een filter mist en een lamp mist. Alles is versleten en als iemand gewoon even een paar dagen werk zou besteden zou het beter zijn. Dingen die kapot zijn Koelkast rek is kapot Afzuigkap mist filter Afzuiger mist een lamp Lamp onder de kastje keuken werken niet Kastje keuken grendel kapot Vloer is versleten Bed is niet meer goed is vast gemaakt met ducktape. Douche rubber valt er snel af Douche kop is niet te verstellen omdat dan alles van de muur af valt Alles lijkt een beetje vies maar het is gewoon versleten en oud Zelfs de sleutelhanger hebben we met ducktape moeten fixen. Muren zijn vies. Droog rek Messen zijn niet meer heel Servies is vrij beperkt. Het is heel basic. Dan het stuk wat ik echt niet begrijp. Gordijnen. Wat er hangt is zo dun dat het de warme zon overdag niet tegen houd. En in de avond. Is er zoveel licht van de gebouwen dat het nog steeds licht is. Vervolgens slaap je recht naast een weg dus als je niet wakker blijft van het licht dan wel van de weg. Goed dat is mijn eigen schuld. Had ik maar beter moeten kijken waar het huisje lag . Maar een rolluik was normaal geweest. En als je de badkamer uit komt geen gordijnen dus nog leuker. Stifzuiger zak was vol. Dweil was in geen 5 jaar gewassen. ( hij is nu schoon ) Persoonlijke vind ik voor wat we betaald hebben echt een waardeloos appartement hebben gekregen.

Check in super einfach. Die Wohnung war sehr schön. Küche gut ausgestattet. Der Balkon war super. Es gibt verschiedene Sachen die wieder instand gesetzt werden könnten wie zb der Bodenbelag am Sofa. Ein paar Tassen und Teller hatten defekte wo man aufpassen musste das man sich nicht verletzt. Der griff am hänge Schrank fehlte leider auch. Theoretisch stört uns sowas wenig aber es gibt einem immer einen Grund sowas zu notieren nicht das es dann heisst das war vorher aber nicht.
Der tolle Balkon
Das Sofa schön gross wurde aber wohl schon von ein paar Bewohnern über den Boden geschoben so daß der Belag darunter gelitten hat
Schöne grosse und helle koch Ecke die super ausgestattet ist.

Moderne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die beiden Badezimmer sind top! Die Betten sind auch völlig in Ordnung. Der Balkon ist ausreichend groß und hat einen schönen Blick in die Berge. Leider ist das Mobiliar etwas abgenutzt. Vor allem die Stühle und die Couch. Die Wohnung liegt auch direkt an der Ortshauptstrasse und es ist nachts hell, da keine Verdunklung vorhanden ist und auch etwas lauter. Alles in allem, hat es uns aber gut gefallen!

Zustand der Wohnung

Die Wohnung hat deutliche Gebrauchsspuren. Im Badezimmer waren Silberfische und im Duschbad war Schimmel an der Decke. In der Küche fehlten ein paar Kochutensilien, die ich mir im Supermarkt gekauft habe. Wir haben die Zeit trotzdem genossen.

Schöne Wohnung, leider etwas abgewohnt

Lage zum Skihang top, nur wenige Autominuten. Wohnung groß und leise. Schöner Ausblick vom Wohnzimmer. Genug Platz für große Familie. Leider recht abgewohnt, einiges war kaputt bzw. funktionierte nicht (Licht, Dusche, Küchenutensilien). Keine Verdunklungsmöglichkeit in den Schlafzimmern. Parkplatz sehr eng für ein Familienauto. Skiraum vorhanden, aber nicht beheizt. Ein zweiter Wohnungsschlüssel wäre vorteilhaft, wenn man als größere Gruppe / Familie anreist, um unabhängiger zu sein.

Goed verblijf

Fijn appartement. Vlakbij opstap piste waar je met de skibus heen kunt. Overdekte parkeerplaats. Verduistering bij slaapkamers was wel fijn geweest. Verder hebben wij een heerlijke week gehad.

Die Unterkunft ist gut gelegen und hat alles, was man für den Aufenthalt braucht. Die Wohnung und insbesondere die Küche waren sauber, dafür ein großes Lob! Parkplätze sind vor dem Haus vorhanden und der Check-In hat reibungslos funktioniert. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch in der Nähe. Was hat uns nicht so gut gefallen: die Esszimmerstühle fanden wir durchgesessen und auf Dauer etwas unbequem. Es war noch okay, aber den ganzen Abend wollten wir da nicht sitzen. In den Schlafzimmern gibt es keine Rollläden und die Vorhänge dunkeln den Raum nicht wirklich ab. Für Familien mit kleinen Kindern, die früh ins Bett gehen, ist das unpraktisch, wenn es draußen lange hell ist. Da würde ich mir zumindest dunklere Vorhänge wünschen. Alles in allem waren wir mit unserem Aufenthalt aber absolut zufrieden und geben deshalb 4 Sterne.
