The apartment itself was decent, but accessing it was unnecessarily challenging. Directions to the parking garage, locating the lockbox, and figuring out the fob system were confusing. Parking spaces are marked on the ground with no overhead signage, and finding the elevators was another challenge. There were also no instructions explaining that the fob must be scanned inside the elevator before selecting a floor until I reached out to the owner. My first time using it I got lucky because another person had let me up to my floor with his badge.Once inside, the apartment initially appeared fine, but I noticed several areas where corners seemed to have been cut. For a six-night stay, supplies were minimal—approximately one roll of toilet paper and a half-used roll of paper towels with no extras and only 3 dishwasher tablets. The mattress appeared to be an air mattress, the fitted sheet was torn at the corners, and the bedding was extremely thin and poor quality. The comforter provided virtually no warmth, and there were no additional blankets. Most concerning was the coffee maker, which still contained old grounds and leftover coffee, both beginning to grow mold. I placed the removable items in the dishwasher so the next guest wouldn't encounter the same issue.Overall, the apartment was adequate, but the lack of clear instructions, attention to cleanliness, and basic guest comforts made the experience disappointing, particularly for a six-night stay.
