Haus Parkblick, Timmendorfer Strand Apartment 10, is centrally located in the popular Baltic Sea resort of Timmendorfer Strand.
You’re just about 550 metres from the fine Baltic Sea beach, so you can easily reach the coast on foot. Shopping options and the town centre are also within easy reach: stores for daily necessities are about 450 metres away, and the centre is approximately 500 metres away. This allows you to enjoy both peace and quiet as well as proximity to a wide range of recreational and dining options.

The approximately 60 m² duplex apartment on the 2nd floor (32 steps) accommodates up to four people across two floors and is particularly well-suited for families and couples. The apartment features modern, inviting furnishings and a well-thought-out floor plan. Two separate bedrooms provide restful retreats with practical privacy screens on all windows. A cosy living room flows into an open, fully equipped kitchen. Here you’ll find a ceramic stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee maker, Senseo espresso machine, egg cooker, toaster, and all kitchen utensils are available, so nothing stands in the way of extended cooking evenings. The dining table comfortably seats all guests.

The bright bathroom is equipped with a shower (step-in height approx. 40 cm), two sinks, a toilet, a hair dryer, and a makeup mirror. A shared washing machine and dryer in the basement provide additional convenience.

In the living area, a sofa (that sleeps 2), along with amenities such as a TV, stereo system, Blu-ray and DVD players, CD player, and radio, invite you to enjoy a cosy evening. Board games and books are available for families with children.

The two bedrooms are located on the upper level of the apartment. You can reach them via 13 steps (staircase width approx. 65 cm).
The first, small bedroom features a single bed (90x200 cm) and a wardrobe.
The second, large bedroom features a double bed (160x200 cm with a full-length topper), a wardrobe, a full-length mirror, and a shoe cabinet.

A special highlight is the private, furnished balcony (facing the spa gardens), which invites you to enjoy relaxing moments outdoors.
Sports enthusiasts and nature lovers will also find plenty to enjoy: The surrounding area offers numerous opportunities for sailing, surfing, fishing, horseback riding, golf, tennis, fitness training, swimming, beach volleyball, jogging, biking, hiking, and birdwatching. For families, nearby amusement parks, playgrounds, and the zoo provide a variety of entertainment options. Cultural attractions, restaurants, nightclubs, shopping, and mini-golf courses are also within easy reach.

From April 15 to October 15, 2026, a beach chair will be available to you free of charge on the beach.

From May until, presumably, the end of 2026, roofing work will be taking place on the neighbouring property. This may cause occasional noise.



A central location near the spa gardens: Built in 1994, this brick house is just a few minutes’ walk from city centre. With a total of 8 apartments managed through our agency, our office located on the ground floor of the building, and two additional apartments, this building is a very popular choice among our holiday guests.
The proximity to the spa park, which is right across the street, the short walk to shopping areas, and the minimal distance to the beach are very popular with our holidaymakers! This comfortable apartment complex, featuring 2- and 3-room apartments, is right in the heart of Timmendorfer Strand, across from the duck ponds and centrally located near the promenade!

All apartments have a terrace or a balcony. You’re welcome to park your bicycles in the bike shed (subject to availability) or at a bike rack in the courtyard.
For longer stays, a coin-operated washing machine and dryer are available in the building’s basement. A parking space in the courtyard is also reserved for each apartment.

The beach and the town centre are located approximately 350–400
