Modern 3-room duplex apartment, 1st floor, in Scharbeutz, nearly 100 m², with 2 south-facing balconies (one covered). On the lower level is a separate Siematic kitchen with high-quality appliances and extensive amenities, such as an additional espresso machine, an egg cooker, and a built-in microwave in the oven. The spacious living room (30 m²) features a dining area for 6 people, 2 comfortable sofas for relaxing, a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, Wi-Fi, and a radio. The 15 m² covered south-facing balcony, complete with an awning, is also perfect for relaxing; from here, you can enjoy a side view of the sea. A natural-light bathroom with a tub and toilet rounds out the amenities on this level.
You can reach the upper floor from the entryway via a spiral staircase. Here you’ll find the two bedrooms and the second bathroom with natural light, featuring a shower and toilet. The master bedroom has access to the second south-facing balcony and is fully furnished with HÜLSTA furniture. Here you’ll find a double bed (180x200 cm, with two high-quality single mattresses), a spacious closet, a mirrored chest of drawers, a sitting area, and a radio. The second bedroom (children’s room) has two single beds (90x200 cm), one of which is equipped with a pull-out bunk bed (90x200 cm); you’ll also find a radio and a travel cot here.

A seasonal beach chair on the beach for 2026 is included from May 15 through September 15. Car garage and one parking space. Bicycle storage room, coin-operated washing machine and dryer.

Ferienwohnung in super Lage

Wir hatten als Familie (2 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder 7J., 5J. und 2 J.) einen schönen Aufenthalt und eine tolle Silvesternacht mir viel Feuerwerk draußen über den gesamten Silvesterabend verteilt. Unsere Kinder waren begeistert von den vielen Kuscheltieren, Spielen und Büchern. Der Platz war für uns fünf auch optimal.Unser einziger Kritikpunkt ist der Glastisch im Wohnbereich, da sich die Glasplatte abnehmen und bereits durch leichtes Anlehnen verschieben lässt. Wir haben die Platte einfach abgenommen und hinter die Heizung gestellt.
