Ground floor: 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer, window and washing machine.
1st floor: Living room / bedroom with 2 additional beds at couch/sofa. Kitchen in the living room / bedroom with dinette, dishwasher, electric cooker (ceramic stove top), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine and electric water boiler. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.
In addition, your villa is equipped with WLAN- internet access, baby bed, high chair for children and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.


Location
Sveti Vid Dobrinjski, district of Sveti Vid Dobrinjski. The villa is located on a 500 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. These are two separate units, with two separate entrances. In the garden there is a beautiful summer kitchen with a great barbecue. Access is via a (asphalted) road. Parking on the property.
