Our holiday apartments are located in an idyllic, quiet setting above Aschau, on the edge of the forest, with a magnificent panoramic view of the Kampenwand. Beautiful biking and hiking trails, as well as cross-country ski trails, start right at the house. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the town centre and the paediatric orthopedic clinic. Our healthy, solid-wood house features 6 spacious (64 sqm) holiday apartments, high-quality natural wood furniture, and underfloor heating in the natural stone shower. The holiday apartments feature spacious south-facing terraces or balconies. A cot, high chair, and changing table are available free of charge upon request. Large play and sunbathing area. Ping-pong table, climbing wall, large trampoline. Bicycle garage, barbecue area, and sleighs available free of charge. Washing machine and dryer in the building. Dogs are allowed for a fee in four apartments: No. I (ground floor) / II (ground floor) / IV (1st floor) / VI (top floor); dogs are not permitted in apartments III (1st floor) and V (attic). Partially accessible for people with disabilities / wheelchair-accessible; please check before booking to ensure the apartment is suitable for your specific needs.<br> This spacious, bright, and cosy 64-square-meter non-smoking holiday apartment on the 1st floor—featuring natural wood and clay finishes—has a south-facing balcony and panoramic views of the Kampenwand. With its natural wood furniture, it offers a relaxing atmosphere, underfloor and wall heating, creating a relaxing atmosphere. Enjoy your getaway in a spacious living area with an open kitchen, a Swedish wood-burning stove (wood is provided for one heating session), and a dining area. The living area features a sleeper sofa, satellite flat-screen TV, internet connection, free Wi-Fi, and the fully equipped kitchen with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop/oven, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, Moccamaster coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. Two separate bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed and the second bedroom with a single bed featuring a pull-out bed. The pull-out bed is designed as a bottom drawer and can be easily pulled out. Bathroom with a natural stone shower, floor and wall heating, toilet, and hair dryer. Bedding and towels are provided.<br>Washing machine and dryer are available in the building.
