The holiday apartment, newly built in 2021, features 3 rooms over a spacious 93 m² and offers luxurious furnishings. Located on the ground floor with a private entrance, it includes:

Two bedrooms with double beds and flat-screen TVs.

A modern bathroom with a rain shower and hairdryer.

An additional bathroom with WC and washbasin.

A fully equipped kitchenette with refrigerator, four-burner ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, Nespresso coffee machine (including capsules for your arrival day), kettle with a fine selection of teas, and toaster.

A spacious dining table for up to six people in the kitchen, accompanied by a flat-screen TV.

Free Wi-Fi.

Access via a code system – no key handover required.

The apartment accommodates up to 4 people with two double beds.

Upon request, we can provide a baby cot and a high chair – just let us know!

Additionally, you have access to a small lawn area where you can relax in summer.
