If the system is down, we will refund any unused days of pool heat; however, additional compensation is not provided. - Guests must supply their own beach towels. - Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking. - Fireplaces are not for guest use. - This home has a large wine closet that is not for guest use. - Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes. - While we do our best to communicate any known work within Wild Dunes or nearby beach projects, many homes are privately owned and we are not always notified of surrounding activity. As a result, we are unable to guarantee a disruption-free environment or offer relocation for any unforeseen construction.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

We had a fantastic week at this IOP house! It was beautifully renovated and decorated throughout and exactly as pictured (inside and out). The location was so convenient to the beach, shops, restaurants and IOP rec center, and the backyard space with pool was like having a mini resort at the house with surprise pool inflatables conveniently stored in screened lounge area for our use. We really enjoyed time back there with our dog safely fenced in on all sides. The screened in patio was perfect for dining outside when you didn't want the sun or bugs to bother you but the house also had spacious deck areas on the back and front of house. Lots of room to spread out in various spots across the house, which was especially appreciated by our young adult sons. The upstairs hangout spaces got lots of use by them including the pool table room. The kitchen and appliances felt brand new and provided all the needed supplies and amenities. The master bathroom was definitely another favorite space and wow, that shower was a spa-like treat! Our boys also enjoyed the screened in lounge area adjacent to the pool where they worked out with some equipment we brought from home. Beds were all really comfortable with plenty of bath towels provided but remember to bring your own beach/pool towels. We experienced timely, helpful, and friendly communication with the Avantstay staff on several occasions. I would definitely recommend this house to others, and we hope to stay there again in the future.

We're so glad it delivered on every front beautifully renovated, true to the photos inside and out, and so conveniently located near the beach, shops, restaurants, and rec center. That backyard really is like a mini resort, isn't it? We love that the surprise pool inflatables got some use and that your dog had a safely fenced space to enjoy too.
It's wonderful to hear how well the home worked for your group, especially your young adult sons claiming the upstairs hangout and pool table room and putting that poolside screened lounge to work as a workout spot. And we couldn't agree more about that spa-like master shower; what a treat! Thanks also for the thoughtful tip about bringing your own beach and pool towels, which is genuinely helpful for future guests to know.
