Welcome to Bay View & Breezes! This serene 2 bedroom 2.5 bath with water view is located on Little Sabine Bay in Pensacola Beach, FL. Relax on the patio as you look out at the tranquil water as you sip your morning coffee or glass of wine in the evenings. The white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico are right across the street, the nearest public access less than a 5 minute walk! You can also easily walk/drive/trolley to the bustling boardwalk with shopping and plenty of great restaurants.

The Villa Sabine Townhomes are on Little Sabine! Ride the trolley to many different stops on Pensacola Beach. Walk to the public beach.

This property was so nice! Everything was clean, it had beautiful views of the bay, and a short walk across the street to the beach. There were so many extras! There was a paddleboard, small, paddle boat, swim/float rings, a kayak, a cooler, beach, chairs, a beach cart to take your things to the beach… Just a lot of extras that were so thoughtful and nice. The communication was excellent! We loved it and will definitely go back.

We loved this place and would love to return sometime. The balcony overlooking the Sabine was our favorite place. Every morning we watched the sunrise, the dolphins playing, pelicans diving and other natural and human activities on the water. Plus it is just a short walk to the most beautiful beach in the world. The place was comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The host answered our questions immediately. Be sure to explore Fort Pickens if you come.
