The quietly located ground-floor "Apartment I" in the "Ostseehuus Erika" offers you a relaxing holiday in approximately 90 m² of living space.
In addition to three bedrooms, the apartment features a large living area with a comfortable seating area and fireplace, a kitchen with an adjoining dining area, and a bright shower room.
One of the three bedrooms has a double bed (180 x 200 cm), another has two single beds (each 90 x 200 cm), and the third has an extra-wide single bed (100 x 200 cm).
The kitchen is equipped with an oven and stove, a dishwasher, and all necessary kitchen utensils.
A washing machine and dryer are available for your free use in the shared laundry room. Your four-legged family members are welcome upon request for an additional fee.
