Hi, I’m Christine! I was born and raised in Tampa and love everything about Florida living, sunshine, beaches, and spending time outdoors with my family. Hosting comes naturally to me because I genuinely enjoy creating comfortable, welcoming spaces for others. I put a lot of care into the details and love sharing the local spots and experiences that make this area special. Hospitality is something I truly enjoy, and I take pride in offering clean, thoughtfully prepared spaces for guests.

Why they chose this property

This area really captures the Florida lifestyle, warm weather, palm trees, and plenty of outdoor spaces to enjoy. I love being close to the parks, the river, and the coastline. Whether you want to kayak, walk the trails, watch a sunset, or explore local shops and cafés, everything is within easy reach. It’s a great spot for anyone who loves being outside.

What makes this property unique

This home has a unique story behind it. It’s inspired by the time Johnny Cash and June Carter Cash spent living right here in the New Port Richey area. You’ll find subtle touches throughout the space that honor that history. The home is freshly renovated designed to feel warm, clean, and welcoming the moment you walk in. Guests love the peaceful neighborhood, the relaxing outdoor space, and the easy access to parks, beaches, and local favorites. It’s a cozy retreat with a fun local twist you won’t find anywhere else.
