Ich konnte nicht fahren, und aufgrund ihrer unflexibiltät und unverständnis habe ich nicht mal einen teil des geldes wieder bekommen. Unverschämtheit!!!!

Das ist keine Unverschämtheit, sondern man sollte eine Reiserücktrittskostenversicherung abschließen und vor allen Dingen die AGB des Buchungsportals lesen. Die Wohnung wurde für den gebuchten Zeitraum freigehalten und konnte nicht vermietet werden.
