Enttäuschender Aufenthalt – deutlich überteuertLeider waren wir mit der Ferienwohnung überhaupt nicht zufrieden. Die Wohnung war bei unserer Ankunft nicht sauber. In der Toilette waren noch deutlich sichtbare Fäkalspuren vom Vormieter vorhanden. Auch die Küche war stark verschmutzt; im Besteckkasten fanden sich Haare und Schmutz. Der Herd funktionierte nur eingeschränkt, da man ständig die Sicherung ein- und ausschalten musste. Dadurch war die Küche nur bedingt nutzbar.Die Kopfkissenbezüge waren zwar offenbar gewaschen, wiesen jedoch noch deutlich sichtbare große gelbe Flecken auf und machten daher nicht den Eindruck, wirklich gründlich gereinigt worden zu sein.Die Küche war zudem sehr spärlich ausgestattet. Eine normale Kaffeemaschine gab es nicht, lediglich einen ebenfalls verschmutzten Kapselautomaten. Auch die übrigen Elektrogeräte machten einen eher minderwertigen Eindruck. Hinzu kam, dass die Wohnung extrem hellhörig war.Für Fahrräder standen zwar Abstellräume im Keller zur Verfügung, diese waren jedoch hoffnungslos überladen und kaum sinnvoll nutzbar. Außerdem gab es dort keine Steckdose, um ein E-Bike aufzuladen.Der vorhandene Parkplatz war aufgrund seiner sehr geringen Größe und Enge praktisch nicht nutzbar.Insgesamt war das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für uns völlig unakzeptabel. Für den verlangten Preis hätten wir deutlich mehr Sauberkeit, Ausstattung und Komfort erwartet. Wir würden diese Unterkunft daher nicht weiterempfehlen.

Diese Gäste kann ich auf keinen Fall weiterempfehlen. Die Gäste haben versucht alles an der Wohnung schlecht zu reden und wollten dadurch eine Preisreduktion erzwingen. Als dieser nicht eingewilligt wurde, wurde mit einer schlechten Bewertung gedroht. Ich rate jedem Vermieter ab ihre Unterkunft an diese Gäste zu vermieten! Voraussichtlich ist es die Masche dieser Gäste durch gezieltes Schlechtmachen der Unterkunft Preisnachlässe zu erzielen!

Schöne Wohnung zum absolut kleinen Preis

Alles super, saubere und sehr ruhige Unterkunft. Waren zu zweit in der Wohnung, perfekt. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter absolut 1a. Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Perfektes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Urlaub in den Bergen

Ferienwohnung klein aber fein! Wunderschöne Umgebung, viele Ausflugsziele sind nicht weit entfernt. Lage in Nähe Stadtzentrum, es gibt viele Gaststätten und Geschäfte. Wunderschön ist der Königliche Kurgarten.Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr gut.

Sehr gut

Die Lage und die Wohnung sind top. Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war auch sehr einfach und hilfreich. Wir können dieses Apartment weiter empfehlen.
