The living area on the ground floor feels open and inviting thanks to its large windows. A comfortable seating area, flat-screen TV, internet radio, and the fireplace make it the heart of the home. From here, you can access the sunny south-facing terrace, which spans about 30 square metres and features a beach chair, seating, and an unobstructed view of the Ahlbeck meadows. The open kitchen is modernly equipped and offers plenty of space for shared meals at the bright dining area. A bathroom with a shower and toilet, as well as an utility room with a washing machine and dryer, round out the ground floor. The three bedrooms are located on the upper floor. The large master bedroom, featuring a double bed and a flat-screen TV, offers plenty of storage space and a peaceful atmosphere. The second bedroom, also with a double bed, leads to the third bedroom, which has two single box-spring beds and a flat-screen TV. The modern bathroom on this floor features coloured lighting, a bathtub, a shower, and a double sink. Electric blinds throughout the house provide good blackout coverage when needed. In the garden, a sauna cabin with a coin-operated machine is available for your use. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. Bicycles can also be reserved free of charge, except during the months of July and August.
