I mistakenly understood that your group would be arriving later in the evening, around 5 PM, and since this is a self-managed property, I misjudged my preparation timing that day. That was my mistake, and I understand how important it is for guests to have the home ready at the listed check-in time. I will be much more careful going forward to ensure the house is fully prepared on time for future guests.
