Lippoldsberg, with its Romanesque monastery church, is the perfect destination for cultural excursions as well as cycling and hiking tours in Solling, Reinhardswald, and along the Weser Cycle Route.
Located in “Villa Siemon,” a historic, stately residence from the 1920s, this stylishly renovated holiday apartment offers a unique living experience for your stay in the Weserbergland region.
The approximately 85-square-meter Reinette holiday apartment on the upper floor of “Villa Siemon” accommodates 1–4 adults and an additional 2 children. A cosy, spacious kitchen-living room with a reading nook and a desk forms the heart of the apartment. The fully equipped kitchenette, featuring a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, stove, oven, range hood, toaster, electric kettle, and a coffee maker for filter coffee or coffee pods, leaves nothing to be desired.
The apartment features two bedrooms, each with a double box-spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), and a small third bedroom with a sleeper sofa (1.40 x 1.90 m) that can accommodate up to 2 children.
The large south-facing balcony is accessible from one of the bedrooms; this room also has a living area with a sofa and TV.
The bathroom features a spacious rain shower. A towel warmer, sink, toilet, and lighted mirror, as well as a makeup mirror and hair dryer, round out the amenities.
Modern armchairs on the balcony invite you to enjoy a relaxing evening.
Please note that pets are not allowed. Smoking is permitted only in the courtyard or on the balcony, not inside the house.
Wi-Fi and parking spaces in the courtyard are available free of charge.
A garden with old fruit trees and a terrace—or the balcony—invites you to linger and relax when the weather is nice.
Whether in the cosy café on the Weser, on long walks in the forest, or simply on the apartment’s balcony—there are favourite spots for everyone to discover.
The apartment has been rated by the DTV (German Tourism Association) and has received **** stars.
