✓ Minimum Age: The primary guest must be 21+ years old to book and must remain on the property for the duration of the stay.
✓ No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Violations will incur a $500 fee.
✓ No Parties or Events: Parties, gatherings, and events are strictly prohibited. Violations will incur a $1,000 fee and may result in immediate termination of the reservation.
✓ No Pets: Pets are not permitted unless explicitly approved in writing. Unauthorized pets will incur a $500 fee.
✓ Missing Items: Guests are responsible for all items provided in the home. Missing or unreturned items (including but not limited to keys, garage remotes, TV remotes, linens, and household items) will be charged at replacement cost, with a minimum charge of $100.
✓ Trash Policy: Guests may leave a maximum of two (2) tied trash bags per stay. All trash must be placed in the outdoor trash bin, and bin lids must be fully closed. If an outdoor bin is unavailable, tied trash bags may be left in the garage. Any additional trash bags left behind will incur a charge of $80 per extra bag.
✓ Home Security: Guests are responsible for securing the property at all times. Leaving the garage door open, or the front door open or unlocked upon departure or during the stay may result in a $100 security fee.
✓ Hot tub use is permitted only for guests who have purchased hot tub access prior to arrival. Unauthorized use may result in additional charges. - Please follow all posted spa rules and replace the cover after use to help maintain temperature and water quality.
