Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Take used linens off the beds and leave dry linens and any used dry towels in a pile on the bed
Take wet used towels and put in tub
Please put trash in the outside trash receptacle and leave at the street
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
If bringing a boat, you must notify us at the time of initial booking and it will be parked on the tie up on the dock.
