Beautiful villa with all necessary facilities

Pros: Great views of Mediterranean Sea and surrounding mountains. Close to Altea Old Town and within day trip of Valencia. Beautiful pool. Travelled from Australia with family and would love to come back here someday ❤️

Pros: This is a comfortable and well equipped villa. The pool is great, there are lots of nice places to relax. It is in a secure location only a short drive to nearby towns, beaches and restaurants.

Pros: We enjoyed our stay in the 'casa pianti'. The house was nice, with all the comfort needed. The pool area is a great stay for reading or an apero. Good situated with lots of quality restaurants and good food around Altea. We particulary enjoyed the walking in the Bernia mountains. The owner was very kind and provided the necessary explanation upon request. Correct treatment.

Pros: Wonderful stay with our 2 young children. Super clean, really well equipped. Beautiful house and felt well set up to live in with lots of thoughtful storage and comfy places to lounge. Air con throughout, didn’t always need it. The large and beautiful communal pool is less than 1 minute’s walk and the villa’s private pool is already a good size so we felt really spoilt for pools. Cons: Lots of steps down to the communal pool and also a staircase down to the house from the drive. No issue at all for us but may be worth knowing for some.

Pros: Thank you so much for our stay at your villa, the villa was excellent and so was the communication we had prior and during our stay at Casa Pianti, Lieven was extremely accommodating of our needs for dates and arrival/departure times. Casa Pianti is spacious and very clean, everything you could possibly need is provided plus more. We like our sun so it was great that the villa has sun all day and to be able to cool down in the pool was wonderful, just what we needed, a lovely area to just chill and do nothing and set in a lovely location with beautiful views across the Altea hills and of course the sea, peaceful and quiet. We had a lovely time its just a shame time goes so fast, we look forward to staying again. Thank you once again Matt & Mandy

Pros: Excellent séjour dans cette maison avec belle vue et calme totale. Quartier sûr et sécurisé. Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire et Veronica pour la gestion. Allez y les yeux fermés. Cons: Les matelas de la chambre parentale à améliorer.

Pros: La casa pianti se trouve dans un quartier très calme même s il y a beaucoup de maisons à Altea hills. En vacances les 15 premiers jours d Août nous avons pu nous reposer et profiter de ce bel espace .la pièce de vie ouverte sur une grande terrasse est très agréable , les chambres ds la partie inférieure reste plus fraîches. Nous avons très peu utilisé la climatisation , on peut dormir les fenêtres ouvertes. La piscine est un autre espace très agréable offrant la possibilité de se rafraîchir et de se détendre à tout moment. La région est magnifique et offre à chacun ce qu il peut attendre : plaisirs aquatiques / culture/ plaisirs culinaires / détente / plaisirs des yeux.

Pros: Helaas hebben we, ivm noodtoestand corona, slechts een korte week (in plaats van 3 weken) kunnen genieten van casa pianti. Te kort om een goed beeld te krijgen van Altea en de streek. Het huis zelf is mooi, ruim en zonnig gelegen met een verwarmd zwembad. De verhuurder is gemakkelijk bereikbaar voor vragen. Alles is aanwezig in en rond het huis. We kunnen dit huis dus zeker aanraden!

Wat we heel fijn vonden is dat er een hoop spullen aanwezig waren zoals kruiden, plastic zakken, wasmiddel etc etc. Dat scheelt behoorlijk in de kosten bij aanvang van je vakantie. Ook de tv zenders waren fijn. We hebben Nederlandse tv kunnen kijken. Kussens loungebank etc waren allemaal schoon. Communicatie omtrent de woning is heel fijn, snel en correct verlopen. Je krijgt voor je vakantie allerlei tips omtrent eten, uitstapjes etc. Was geel welkom.

Pros: Wir haben zwei Wochen in Casa Pianti verbracht und waren begeistert. Das Haus ist groß und sehr schön eigerichtet mit vielen gemütlichen Plätzchen zum verweilen: egal ob am Pool, vorm Fernseher oder auf einer der Terassen. Bei der Ausstattung hat uns auch nichts gefehlt: von Waschmaschine, Trockner und Spülmaschine bis reichlich Geschirr und Besteck - alles was man braucht war da. Auf den Terassen scheint lange die Sonne, der Ausblick ist schön (auf Berge und Meer) und die Gegend ruhig. Wem der private Pool nicht reicht, kann ein paar Meter weiter den größeren Gemeinschaftspool nutzen. Die Kommunikation mit Lieven war von Anfang an sehr nett und sehr gut. Wir bekamen viele Informationen schon vor der Reise, konnten uns jederzeit mit Fragen an ihn wenden und die Erledigung der Formalitäten (Vetrag / Zahlung / Rückzahlung der Kaution) klappten auch problemlos. Die Umgebung ist schön, allerdings ist ein Mietwagen absolut notwendig, denn sogar zu dem nähesten Supermarkt muss man fahren. Wir haben uns einiges in der Gegend angeguckt: Altea hat eine schöne Altstadt, aber steinigen Strand; zum Baden fährt man besser nach Calp mit zwei langen, schönen Sandstränden. WIr haben auch den markanten Felsen Penyal d'Ifac erklommen (anstrengend, aber hat sich gelohnt), in den Bergen im Hinterland gewandert und Alicante besichtgt - für Aktive gibt es also genug zu tun. Insgesamt war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub, der uns bestimmt lange in Erinnerung bleiben wird!

Pros: Drie ruime slaapkamers, en drie prima badkamers. Goede bedden en prima nachtrust. De villa is gelegen in Altea Hills, een woonwijk met slagboom en beveiliging in de heuvels boven Altea. Het voelt er rustig, veilig en luxe, met een relatief wat groter aantal cabrio's van de duurdere automerken. Dat betekent ook dat er 's avonds heerlijk genoten kan worden van de rust, de stilte en het prachtige uitzicht op de lichtjes in het dal vanaf het ruime en comfortabele terras. Er is een tweede zitje bij het zwembad. Een (huur-)auto is absoluut noodzakelijk. De woonwijk is niet geschikt voor een wandeling naar strand, restaurant of bar. De stranden van Altea zijn ook niet de mooiste van de streek. Ietsje verder weg zijn mooiere zandstranden die het extra autokwartiertje waard zijn. Direct boven Altea Hills kan heerlijk gewandeld worden in de Serra de Bernia. Een aanrader buiten de warme zomermaanden. Indrukwekkend uitzicht tot voorbij Benidorm!
