Located next door the "The Pelican Dive House" & adjacent to a public walkover/parking area, this retreat is ideal for a large family. This home is spacious but also offers privacy with 3 master bedrooms on the main floor with their own baths. Upstairs you'll find a bunk room for the kids and a 5th bedroom with a king bed. Each bedroom has a smart tv (No Cable) so you can stream whatever you want! Lots of windows and a huge deck provide glorious views of the Gulf of America. Watch the dolphins 'go to work' every morning and 'come back' late afternoon. The living room, kitchen & dining areas flow together into one big entertainment area so crack open a bottle of wine or enjoy a nice family meal. Bring your bikes & enjoy the paved bike path which runs the length of the island. 'Sand Castle' welcomes you!
***There is no smoking/vaping allowed inside the property. No exceptions. Remember, this is someone's personal home, sand stays outside. There is no need for there to be excessive sand in the house. Please make sure you are being respectful of this property. If excessive violations of this occur, additional cleaning/damage fees will be charged.
