Thanks to our property’s central yet quiet location, you can reach the Schlossalm valley station, the Alpentherme Gastein, and numerous shops and restaurants in five to ten minutes on foot.
Our spacious garden, featuring two gazebos and a small playground, is the perfect place to relax.

The apartment consists of a kitchen, a living/sleeping area with a pull-out double sofa, a bedroom with a double bed, an entryway, a shower/toilet, a balcony, and a small kitchen.
The apartment is comfortably furnished. The apartment features its own balcony with a breathtaking view of the Gastein Mountains.

Summer in the Gastein holiday region:
The Gastein Valley is the ideal destination for both active holidaymakers and those seeking relaxation.
Look forward to the Gastein Mountains with numerous hiking trails—many of which are family-friendly—as well as plenty of alpine huts, via ferrata routes, and mountain bike tours.
After a strenuous day of hiking, cool off in the swimming lake at the Alpentherme Gastein, the Gastein swimming lake, or the Solarbad Dorfgastein. There’s also a mini-golf course and a tennis court nearby, as well as a golf course down in the valley.
The Gastein Healing Tunnel, with its unique health benefits, enjoys international fame.

Winter in the holiday region:
Winter holidaymakers can look forward to five ski peaks and approximately 200 kilometres of slopes of varying difficulty levels here in the valley.
You’ll also find practice lifts for children and beginner skiers here in the valley. The ice rink in the centre of Bad Hofgastein is sure to make many a child’s heart beat faster. When conditions are right, nothing stands in the way of a fun tobogganing outing with a stop for refreshments.
You can relax at the Alpentherme, which is within walking distance, or at the Felsentherme in Bad Gastein.
