Address was different. Grass in the yard was really tall

We are so sorry that the grass was not freshly mowed. Our contracted landscaper had a family emergency the previous week and had missed the scheduled mowing. We were unaware until after your stay was over. We apologize that the grass was tall but sincerely hope that the rest of your stay was excellent. I did check the provided address as you mentioned that it did not match. I did confirm that the address we have provided to VRBO is indeed the correct address/listing so I’m not sure where the miscommunication may have occurred from their site. We enjoyed hosting you as a guest and hope that you have a lovely week.
