Our house is located right next to the golf course in a sunny spot with an unobstructed view of the mountains. A private terrace and a garden with a lawn for sunbathing—exclusively for our guests—invite you to enjoy cosy get-togethers and relax. You can look forward to a high-quality, lovingly furnished, and very cosy holiday rental. Cross-country ski trails and hiking trails lead right past our house.
Your benefit: We are a partner business of the Chiemgau Card. Upon arrival, you’ll receive the Chiemgau Card, which allows you to enjoy numerous free offers in and around Ruhpolding. Among other things, you’ll have access to mountain railways, ski lifts, and water parks, as well as various museums and guided hikes. Free bike rentals and the use of public transport—such as regional buses and the Bavarian Regiobahn between Ruhpolding and Traunstein—are also available to you. This allows you to experience the region to the fullest while being pleasantly surprised by many free offerings. A renovated, high-quality, lovingly furnished, and very cosy holiday apartment awaits you. The apartment (60 square metres) is located on the ground floor and features a terrace and a private garden with a barbecue area. The living-dining room is equipped with a cosy seating area (flat-screen TV, cable TV, DAB+ radio). The fully equipped kitchenette features a dishwasher, oven, electric kettle, coffee maker, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The bedrooms are comfortably furnished, with one featuring a double bed and the other featuring twin beds. A spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink, hair dryer, and makeup mirror rounds out the amenities. The entire apartment features underfloor heating and a ventilation system, making it allergy-friendly. A lockable storage room for skis and bicycles is available. Parking for your vehicle is located right next to the house. Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. Supermarkets are located nearby and are easily accessible on foot. Please understand that we do not allow pets.
