The old city historical district is just a 15-minute drive, and even closer, you can check out the St. Augustine Ampitheater concerts and Saturday farmers market; the Alligator Farm, and Marineland and close by, and of course, the Atlantic Ocean is just a block away!

The condo is a short 2-hour drive to Orlando and its theme parks, an hour from jacksonville Airport, and 45-minutes from Daytona Beach.
