We are experienced hosts and adding this to VRBO. We are located in a quiet neighborhood 15 minutes away from Furniture Market & 11 minutes from High Point University.

Our town home is perfectly set up for travelers that are also interested in fitness! Stay with us & enjoy our personal fitness area on the first floor.

We are centrally located in the sought after area off of Penny Road in between Jamestown and High Point. We are close to the popular Palladium Shopping Center with plenty of restaurants, shops, and bars.

Upon walking in you will find our fitness center that includes all that you will need for a good workout.

Our open floorplan kitchen has all the basics that you will need to cook a good meal including cooking essentials & a dual sink. We provide coffee for your stay as well.

Our dining area has seating to enjoy your favorite meal with plenty of natural sunlight through our windows in the dining area.

Kickback and relax in our living room in our reclining couch, fireplace, & smart TV.

All three of our bedrooms are upstairs along with 2 full baths & laundry room.

You will have full access to our private home. We will provide you a code to our lockbox.

Our Property Manager lives a few minutes away but he will only interact with you in-person as needed in order to give you privacy.

We are in the Park Hill Town House complex. We are on a very quiet street in a safe neighborhood. We are on a dead-end road so there is not much traffic at all.

We are close to the Palladium Shopping Center and any transit systems that come through there.

To protect our special home from disrespectful guests that might treat our home poorly, we only permit experienced guests that have 5-star review history from past hosts.

If you do not have a review history, please share with us what brings you to town and we may consider your situation. If not, we may cancel your reservation within 72 hours of your creating the reservation with a 4% processing fee.

*Please note* Although we have a relaxed cancellation policy, we still incur the 4% cc fee. Your refund will be in full, minus the 4% cc fee.
No smoking of any kind in our home. No pets allowed. No large gatherings over 10 people allowed without our permission. We have a driveway big enough for 2 cars. Please let us know if you have more cars than two so that we can determine best places to park.
We are in a quiet townhome community. We do not allow loud music or noises that may disrupt our neighbors.
