This modernised 2-room apartment on the ground floor of Haus Luv in Cuxhaven-Döse can accommodate up to 3 people and stands out for its comfortable amenities and quiet location. The apartment features Wi-Fi, a sunny south-facing terrace, and a private parking space—all included.

The bright living area is furnished with a sleeper sofa, a wardrobe, and a dining table with three chairs. The modern kitchen, integrated into the living area, is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, and everything you need for a relaxing stay.

In the separate bedroom, a comfortable box-spring bed ensures a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom features a floor-level, barrier-free walk-in shower—ideal for guests with limited mobility.

Special bonus: The swimming pool in the neighbouring house is available for your use free of charge—perfect for relaxing, even in northern German weather.

Thanks to its central location, you can reach the beach as well as shopping, restaurants, and public transport in just a few minutes on foot. Ideal for couples or small families who want to combine relaxation with comfort.

Each of our apartments has its own parking space or garage. There are also two separate rooms between the buildings available for your bicycles.

Enjoy free access to the on-site swimming pool* and, if needed, use our washing machines and dryers for a small fee.

In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find shopping options, a bus stop, and various restaurants. For our younger guests, there’s a large play fort on the beach and the spacious “Seeräuber” adventure playground in the spa park. The heated seawater outdoor pool on the beach is also just a short walk away.
