Marvel at Cuxhaven from above: located on the 7th floor of the Atlantic building, this cosy holiday apartment offers a fantastic view and plenty of space for up to 2 people. Spanning 30 m², you’ll find everything you need for a relaxing holiday. In the open-concept kitchen/living area, you can start your day together with energy and relax comfortably on the large sofa in front of the LCD TV. Thanks to the built-in fold-down bed, the apartment offers plenty of space, and the living area can be used to its full potential.
Take a break from everyday life and enjoy the peace and quiet on your balcony with a cup of coffee or tea.
Thanks to the glass enclosure, you can enjoy the view of the sea even when it’s raining or windy.

Enjoy all the amenities of the Atlantic building, such as the indoor pool, the Finnish sauna, and the proximity to the beautiful Döser sandy beach (only about 50 m away). You can park your car safely in the parking space assigned to the apartment behind the building.

Our Atlantic Residence is an eight-story building with one hundred beautiful and cosy holiday apartments, some of which offer a stunning lake view. The beach is only about 50 m away.

Recreational amenities: Wellness area with swimming pool open daily from 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., sauna open daily from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM (Fridays and Saturdays until 10:00 PM, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays: Finnish sauna up to 80°—on other days up to 70°), table tennis room (rackets and balls can be borrowed free of charge at the H & P reception desk). The recreational facilities are closed in February.
Laundry room with washing machine and dryer available (please sign up in advance on the laundry schedule): Fees: Washing machine = 3 x 1 €; Dryer = 2 x 1 €



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM and check-out from 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
