Travis Heights is one of the best neighborhoods in Austin. Its central location makes it close to everything that Austin has to offer, including downtown, South Congress, Lady Bird Lake, the University of Texas, the airport and COTA. The neighborhood is also full of historic charm, tree-lined streets, and sidewalks that make it extremely walkable. Come spend time with us here and you will not be disappointed!

What makes this property unique

Our home sits on Travis Heights Boulevard in the heart of the neighborhood. It is a 1938 Tudor style home that maintains much of its original charm. It is a home that we personally lived in, and brought our children home to, and we hope that the love and care we put into the home shows.
