And, a very spacious 3816 square feet of living space. The kitchen and baths are all extremely high-end, as is the internal and external furnishings and decor. Spectacular Master Bedroom/Master Bath Suite with private outdoor patio, with distant ocean views. A ground floor “Man-Cave”/Kids Entertainment was recently added and upgraded in 2025.

I can’t say enough good things about our stay in this home! It’s spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The house is just down the block from the beach which is so nice! Also, there are many things to do on the property itself. The ground floor has a pool table, ping pong, bikes, an outdoor pool and hot tub. There is amble seating both in the pool area as well as inside the home. The area itself is quiet but a very close drive to many activities, restaurants, as well as a small amusement park. The host gave us many tips on places to eat in the area that were spot on! We can’t wait to book another stay for our family!

Very quiet area, yet close to everything. Haven Beach is generally considered one of the best areas on LBI.

What makes this property unique

All new construction. Very High end. Close to the beach. Great backyard with pool and hot tub. Also, a great rooftop porch, with 360* degree views of both the ocean and the bay - sunrise and sunset.
