Having 2 MASTER BEDROOMS help this home accommodate more than one family vacationing together. Reverse living new house with an elevator. Home sleeps 10 and features 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms, outdoor shower, 3 decks and 2 living rooms, and a wet bar. Less than a mile to Bay Village. VRLBI #1561. A Natural gas Weber grill is off the the Upper floor deck. Beautiful water views. Master bath has King Bed, TV and walk-in closet, Junior Master has Queen bed, full bath, and TV, 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds, and 4th bedrooms has 2 bunk beds (4 twins). Plus queen size sofa bed in second living room. Rental is well equipped with amenities, and includes an elevator, cable, phone, Wifi, 4 smart TVs, beach badges, 5 adult bikes, 2 kids bikes, pack-n-play, high chair, and stroller. Rental also includes 6 Beach chairs, beach cart, wagon, and umbrella, paddle board, boogie boards, surf boards, pickleball paddles/badges (2).

Relaxing family getaway

Perfect accommodations for our family including a child with special needs. Location was great with a short walk and easy beach access. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Dave was a wonderful host. We plan to return.

Nice place and a great vacation week

We really enjoyed this house and all its amenities especially made use of the pool and the roof top deck. There are good places here to gather as a group and good areas to be alone to read and nap.

Perfect beach vacation!

House was exactly what we were looking for! Perfect location, great living space, everything you could want or need from a beach house. Communication from the owners was top notch. Our family will definitely be back!

LBI Family Getaway

Great weekend! Will definitely rent here again. The kids really enjoyed the pool. Glad it was open for us to use the weekend before Memorial Day. There was even a pack and play for our 4 month old granddaughter. House was well equipped with everything. Hope to stay longer next time.

AMAZING!

We were looking for a short getaway with another family. We were 8 total and this place was perfect!! Great location! Super clean! Pool was awesome! Literally nothing to complain about. And the owner was extremely easy to get in touch with and responsive right away. We will definitely be booking again!

Great LBI beach house!!!

My family and I (my parents, husband, 2 year old daughter and friends) absolutely loved this house. We stayed for 2 weeks in June. It’s spacious, clean, modern and has every amenity you could want/need in a beach house. It’s in a great location. Close to many restaurants, Fantasy Island/Bay Village, ice cream, etc. It is kid friendly (sand toys, beach cart, wagon, bike seat (and 2 small bikes), stroller, high chair, toys/books) but also has a beautiful kitchen, bedrooms, grill, multiple decks, bikes... for adults. I can not say one negative thing about this house! It was wonderful. The host was great and helpful!!! If you are debating about renting this house, there’s no reason to hesitate- I highly recommend.

Our previous 5 stays on LBI have been north, Harvey Cedars. This location, about 6 miles south of the bridge is great, especially off season. Three short blocks to ocean, about a mile from all year restaurants Chicken or Egg and Bucklews. House is very comfortable, owner very responsive, having an elevator was a novelty, but useful on departure day for taking luggage and personal effects to the car. Definitely would rent again.

Our 3rd summer here and again we had a wonderful time. We were a party of 10 and the house is spacious enough so that everyone had their own space. The owner is very responsive to your needs. Would definitely come back a 4th time

Spacious house, great location!

Our 3 generation family of 10 loved this spacious house with 2 master suites. The upstairs kitchen/family room was large enough for everyone to gather and not feel cramped. We loved that the kitchen table seated 10 so we could all sit together for meals. We enjoyed the sunsets from the rooftop deck. The owner replied to us quickly with our few questions. The house had everything we needed in the kitchen and also for the beach! It is a short 2 1/2 block walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

This is our second year staying here and, again we had an enjoyable time. We were a group of 10 and there was plenty of room to gather together. Home is equipped as advertised. The elevator was a must for our elderly relative but is such a convenience bringing in luggage and groceries. Many wonderful memories for us here. Also, Dave, the owner, quickly responds to any questions or concerns. I gave 4 stars for cleanliness instead of 5 stars as upstairs carpet and slip covers were in need of attention. Dave is in the process of taking care of this. I would definitely recommend this home

Fantastic stay!

We just returned from staying at this great property. Dave was a very good communicator and was extremely flexible by allowing us to check-in early. The accommodations at the home made it very easy to settle in- from the baby items and beach chairs to the bikes and the well equipped kitchen- it made packing a lot easier. The close proximity to the beach as well as Bay Village allowed for plenty of options to do within walking distance. Everything about the house made our stay a great one for both of our families! We’d be happy to return in the future.

Outstanding Accommodations

This home was perfect for our family of five adults and five children. The elevator was a godsend for me, as I’m disabled.. The house is well laid out to allow adults and children their own space, as well as giving us plenty of room when we wish to be together. We haven’t done many VRBO vacations, but you can be assured that we will be looking to stay in this home when we return to the Jersey Shore.

Beautiful home with numerous amenities, short walking distance to the beach.

My family and I had a wonderful time. Dave has thought of everything including beach carts, chairs and umbrella, bikes, and he was very accommodating. The elevator was a big plus for us with my elderly mother. The home is very spacious and we never felt cramped. The only negative is that the beds were not comfortable. We would definitely consider staying here again

Well-equipped, comfortable home

Our family of 4, one set of grandparents and one set of cousins stayed at Dave's place for a week in July. The house was easy to access, close to beach and provided plenty of room for the family to be together and still enjoy private space when needed. We all appreciated the beach chairs, umbrellas and bikes available for our use. Most of our meals were at the house and we found the kitchen to be well-equipped as well. When we went out, the walk or bicycle ride to Beach Haven restaurants was an easy one. Dave was great to work with providing all information needed up front and in a timely manner. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this rental!

Beautiful house with all the amenities

We had a great stay. The house is beautiful and well taken care of. Best of all they have beach chairs, beach toys, umbrellas, bikes and bike locks available for your use. They also have an elevator which definitely was useful when unpacking and packing. We also really enjoyed the location. We will definitely be back.

Fantastic week for family and friends at LBI

Dave’s house was a delight. It had everything we needed supplies and furnishings-wise (including beach equipment) with a great layout with lots of room and plenty of sunlight. The kitchen, bedrooms, baths, outdoor shower and living rooms/hangout areas were all spacious and well appointed. It is a short 2 block walk to the beach and a one block walk to the main drag. The beach is wide and beautiful and but for the peak few hours of the day, very uncrowned. We had 4 teenage girls in the bunk beds and adults in all the other rooms and everybody was happy. You can watch the sunset from the rooftop deck. I could go on and on, but it was a perfect week and we would definitely stay there again if we find ourselves at LBI in the future!

Beautiful Beach House in Perfect Location

My family absolutely loved spending the July 4th week at this big, beautiful house. It looks exactly like the photos - new, sparkling clean and modern. The elevator is such a plus when bring up luggage and shopping or when you're just tired of running up and down stairs - definitely a bonus if someone in your group is physically challenged. The roof deck is great and offers beautiful sunset views. It was the perfect spot for us to enjoy fireworks going on all around the area. Our teens loved hanging out up there at night. We made full use of the spacious kitchen and grilled dinner every night. The fridge in the garage came in handy as well. In my opinion the house is located in the best part of LBI - it's quiet and residential yet a quick walk, bike ride or drive to shops, restaurants, mini golf, etc. Of course, our favorite part was the beach just down the block. Big, beautiful, clean and not crowded we loved going every day of our stay. We took full advantage of the beach gear, chairs, bikes and more we found in the garage. Dave is great owner to work with - accommodating and responsive and so quickly returned the security deposit. We can't wait to return!

FANTASTIC HOUSE!

We had an amazing experience at this house! We were traveling with 2 families and it was the perfect amount of room for us all to have our own space. Short walk to the beach, had so many beach items already there that we didn't have to jam into our car. House was pristine! Communication, updates and information with the owner was responsive and easy. Made the whole process turn-key! We will definitely be back!!
