This family-run business, which has been in operation for more than 40 years, offers comfortable holiday apartments in a beautiful setting with views of meadows, forests, and mountains. Our well-maintained house is located away from traffic and just a few minutes’ walk from the town centre. In winter, a picturesque cross-country ski trail runs right past the house. The holiday and health resort of Ruhpolding (670 m) offers a wide variety of activities: 200 km of hiking trails, 50 km of which are cleared in winter, 60 km of cross-country ski trails, an indoor ice rink, various ski lifts, horse-drawn carriage and sleigh rides, a wave/water park, a heated outdoor pool, an 18-hole golf course, tennis courts, a horseback riding centre, a hang gliding and paragliding school, an amusement park, fly fishing, and more. Our well-maintained house is just 10 minutes from the centre of Ruhpolding and the village bus stop. It enjoys a quiet, traffic-calmed, sunny location with panoramic views of the Alpine region. In winter, the cross-country ski trail runs right past the house. Our guests enjoy the homely atmosphere in the beautiful lounge with its tiled stove and colour TV. In the summer, you can relax on the terrace or on the lawn. There’s a barbecue area on our lawn that our guests love to use. Parking is available right next to the house. Or how about spending a carefree holiday in one of our cosy holiday apartments? The apartments accommodate 2–5 people. They feature 1 or 2 bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with a TV. Bed linens and towels are provided. Upon request, you can take advantage of our bread roll delivery service. Another holiday apartment is located at Am Wundergraben 1, on a hilltop with a magnificent view over the Ruhpolding Valley and the mountains. The town centre is just a few minutes’ walk away, and the Westernberg ski area as well as the Academy of Healing Arts are right on your doorstep. Upon request, we offer our guests guided hikes (including snowshoeing in winter) and mountain bike tours through the beautiful Ruhpolding mountains. For our younger guests, our horses are available for guided rides. Your benefit: We are a partner business of the Chiemgau Card. Upon arrival, you’ll receive the Chiemgau Card, which allows you to enjoy numerous free offers in and around Ruhpolding. Among other things, you’ll have access to mountain railways, ski lifts, and water parks, as well as various museums and guided hikes. You’ll also have access to free bike rentals and public transport, such as regional buses and the Bavarian Regiobahn between Ruhpolding and Traunstein. This way, you can experience the region to the fullest while being pleasantly surprised by many free offers.
