The newly renovated Apartment II is located in the immediate vicinity of the “Thuringian Sea.”<br>Amenities:<br>The apartment’s modern, high-quality amenities make it ideal for holidaymakers or short stays in the region. The bright rooms and a cosy attic provide a comfortable atmosphere for longer stays. <br>The apartment’s kitchen seats five and is equipped with a refrigerator that includes a freezer. A hob, oven, dishwasher, and a complete cooking set—including a coffee maker—are also part of the kitchen’s amenities. In the living area, a cosy corner couch and a Smart TV with Ambilight and Amazon Prime invite you to relax after an eventful day. For business travellers and holidaymakers, Wi-Fi and a dedicated office area with a desk and lighting are available. <br>The sleeping arrangements in the apartment are separate and consist of: 1 bedroom with a 180x200 cm bed, 1 living area with a separate 90x200 cm bed, and 1 sofa bed measuring 140x200 cm. The modern bathroom, which features a window, is equipped with a large walk-in shower, a toilet, and a sink. Hand and bath towels, as well as hand soap and a hair dryer, are provided in the bathroom. <br>The apartment is adjacent to a multi-family residence and can be accessed via a separate entrance on the ground floor; it measures approximately 90 m² and can be booked in two configurations. There are up to four parking spaces in front of the entrance, which can be used free of charge.<br> Option 1: For 1 person—e.g., short stays, business trips, etc.—featuring a pull-out sofa bed (140x200 cm), as well as a kitchen, bathroom, etc.<br>Option 2: For up to 4 adults or 3 adults and a maximum of 2 children (up to 10 years old—sofa bed available). <br>Location: <br>The apartment building is located about a 15-minute drive from the centre of Saalfeld and about 25 minutes from the centre of Rudolstadt. The “Thuringian Sea” offers numerous beautiful destinations within easy reach, accessible on foot or by bike. The Saaletal-Alter swimming cove is about 4 km away and can be reached via hiking and biking trails. Sports activities such as water sports, mountain biking, or winter sports are available in the area surrounding our apartment.
