HOLIDAY ENJOYMENT IN A QUIET LOCATION
The Zaunkönig holiday home is a small holiday complex with only a few residential units and impresses with its quiet location in a residential area in Kühlungsborn West. At the Zaunkönig you can spend your holiday in one of the three lovingly furnished 2-room holiday apartments. All apartments in the Zaunkönig have at least one terrace or balcony (west), where you can relax in the sun or end your evening. A marked car parking space is available at the house for each apartment.

Enjoy relaxing holidays in our modern and lovingly furnished 2-room apartment, which is located on the ground floor and offers space for 2 adults and 1 child on 36 m² of living space.

When you enter the apartment, you will be greeted by a bright and open living room. The living area is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed (pull-out 120cm x 185 cm) and a flat-screen TV (46 inches), ideal for cosy evenings. The adjoining dining area offers plenty of space for meals together.

The integrated kitchenette offers space for a 2-zone ceramic hob, an oven, a small dishwasher and a fridge with freezer compartment. For your coffee enjoyment, you can choose between a Senseo coffee pod machine and a coffee machine. A kettle and toaster as well as an egg cooker round off the kitchen equipment. Of course, the kitchen is equipped with enough cooking and eating utensils to make you feel at home.

In the cosy bedroom, a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) invites you to get a good night's sleep. A spacious wardrobe offers plenty of space for your holiday wardrobe and a smart TV on the wall (31 inches) provides entertainment. From the bedroom you can access the west-facing, furnished terrace. The terrace is the perfect place to soak up the sun, relax and end the evening after a beautiful day at the sea. Enjoy your time out here in a quiet atmosphere.

The modern, tiled bathroom with shower and toilet completes the overall picture of this wonderful holiday apartment and provides additional comfort.

SPECIAL FEATURES
We ask for your understanding that smoking is only permitted in the outdoor area, as this is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are also not welcome.

The rental price includes all utilities such as electricity, water and heating costs. Bed linen and towels are also available as initial equipment. The linen package includes bed linen, 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel per person as well as tea towels and bath mats per apartment.

As an additional service, Internet use via WLAN is available free of charge, whereby there is no liability for any disturbances in accordance with the terms and conditions. A free parking space (No. 04) is located behind the house.



Arrival is possible from 15:00 to 17:00 and departure from 00:00 to 10:00.
