Stayed at the villa with my wife and adult son and had a lovely time. Good communication with a helpul owner and houseekeeper. Nice pool, outside terrace and just a short drive into the beautiful city of Labin. Wouls definitely recommend.

Great villa with a fantastic view

Great and clean villa, with a fantastic view of the Kvarner Bay and Cres Island. Big pool, and a wonderful base for our holiday in Istria. We are a family of five and had plenty of room

Spacious house with great deck space and a beautiful view. Communication to check in was not without issues due to wrong phone number given to host so we had difficulty connecting day of…but it all worked out in the end. Pros: price (relative to other places in the area), location (gorgeous views, fairly private), comfortable beds, good a/c in every room, good parking. Cons: pool very cold (no heating), no pool/beach towels provided, and mostly the afterthought kitchen area - it was very small and under the staircase.If you envision cooking group meals together at home this is not your place as there is limited counter space, a small fridge (with a very small icebox) and no microwave. We were a group of 7 couples and had a second house with a big, open concept kitchen where we shared all our meals so it wasn’t an issue for us this time.The house is a 5 minute drive to Labin (it’s a nice walk although the road has no shoulder for over 1km but it is also not very busy) and about 15 minutes to the beach.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in dem großen Haus. Es war alles sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön und der Blick von allen Zimmern auf das Meer einfach traumhaft! Es fehlten beim Check-in ein paar grundlegende Informationen über die Nutzung des Hauses wie z.B. die Bedienung der Klimaanlage. Den Pool konnten wir nicht nutzen, da es Ende Oktober wohl zu kalt ist um ihn zu beheizen. Eine genaue Information darüber haben wir, trotz Nachfrage, aber nicht von der Agentur bekommen.

Die Villa liegt sehr schön, zauberhafter Ausblick und sehr praktisch eingerichtet. Die Frühstückskrümel vom Vorgänger haben wir direkt weggesaugt und die die Dame bei der Übergabe hätte durchaus engagierter sein können. Der Tischfußball war leider nicht brauchbar

Der Pool war sehr schön, allerdings wurde die Heizung am Mittwoch ausgeschaltet bei Abreise am Samstag. Sonne im September auf der Terrasse nur bis 14.00.Der Blick von den Terrassen ist einmalig. Die Schlafzimmer sind geräumig und die Badezimmer sehr ordentlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Super Urlaub mit Freunden

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 5 Freunden und haben den Aufenthalt in der Villa sehr genossen. Das Haus ist riesig und sehr schön eingerichtet, die 3 Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer sind super verteilt und mit den ganzen Aktionsmöglichkeiten (Pool, Tischtennis, Basketball und Tischkicker) wurde es in 14 Tagen auch nie langweilig! :-)

Atemberaubende Sicht mit grossem Pool

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt als Familie sehr genossen, der Pool ist sehr gross, der Kicker hat uns sehr Spass gemacht. Die Aussicht ist fantastisch. Die Aufteilung der Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer ist perfekt. Die Matratzen sind sehr hart, was Geschmacksache ist. Die Küche war für drei Personen ausreichend bestückt. Weniger schön waren zwei Dinge. Die Dame zur Begrüssung war recht unfreundlich. Antwort auf Fragen waren: Fragen Sie Google. und bei Ausfall der Poolheizung: gehen sie doch einfach ins Meer schwimmen. Dafür war die Kommunikation und der Kontakt mit dem Besitzer und seiner Familie sehr herzlich, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Und die zweite Sache ist die Instandhaltung, die besser sein könnte. Da Verwitterung deutlich an den Wänden und Treppen zum Pool nicht schön fürs Auge sind. Und die Auflagen total durchnässt waren bei Ankunft, sodass diese drei Tage nicht nutzbar waren. Wir können diese Unterkunft von Herzen empfehlen und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Villa magnifique avec vue splendide.

Villa superbe, spacieuse et conforme à l’annonce. La vue est magnifique! Les jeunes ont pu profiter des jeux (ping-pong et baby-foot). Nous y avons passé d’excellentes vacances en famille!
