The heart of the home is the spacious living room, perfect for relaxation and gathering, seamlessly connected to the upgraded kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped, making meal preparation a breeze. Step outside onto the private patio, where you'll find a BBQ grill, ideal for enjoying al fresco dining.



The penthouse boasts three well-appointed bedrooms, each designed as a private sanctuary. Bedroom 1 features a luxurious king-size bed, while Bedroom 2 offers a comfortable queen-size bed. Bedroom 3 also provides a king-size bed. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom, ensuring privacy and convenience for all guests. The apartment's layout is thoughtfully designed, providing a harmonious balance of shared and private spaces, making it perfect for families and groups.



As part of the Reserva Conchal gated community, guests can also enjoy the beach club, which has a restaurant. gym, golf course, spa, and beach. The beach club, pool, and beach access are free, but the gym, spa, and golf course have a fee. Watch the sunset over the ocean each night on the beach. Parking is available. Getting Around:

Inside Reserva Conchal, it's easy to drive around with a golf cart. There is also a free shuttle that you can call while inside Reserva Conchal to take you to the beach club. We do recommend a rental car if you want to explore outside of Reserva Conchal and visit the nearby beaches such as Tamarindo, Playa Grande, and Las Catalinas.
