Guests have access to the entire home — two bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen, dining room, living room, front porch, and backyard. The property is fully fenced for your privacy and enjoyment.



The Neighborhood:

Located in an established residential neighborhood with convenient access to both everyday essentials and the city's top attractions. The property is positioned just off US-80 (East Highway 80), one of Abilene's primary east-west corridors, making it easy to get anywhere in the city quickly.

*Everyday Conveniences — A United Supermarkets grocery store is just about a mile north on N Willis St, and Briarwood Crossing shopping center (home to Harbor Freight and a variety of retailers) is roughly 2 miles away on N 1st St. La Mexicana Meat Market on N Mockingbird Ln offers fresh produce and specialty groceries within the same neighborhood corridor.
