Private: property (fenced), beautiful garden, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool kidney shaped (3 x 4 m, depth 120 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Sep.) with internal staircase. Fireplace. In the house: WiFi, sauna (extra). Hot tub (extra). Central heating system, burglar alarm system. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 1 km, supermarket 3 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 1 km, railway station "Siofok-Szabadifurdo" 1 km, grass beach 500 m, thermal baths "Igal" 53 km. Terrace 15 m2, large terrace 40 m2 partly roofed, south facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (3). Beautiful view of the garden. Facilities: washing machine, mosquito net, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Google TV. Heating is only 01.Oct - 30 Apr, outside this period it is extra, EUR 10 /day to be paid on spot.
