We would be delighted to welcome you to our cosy and comfortably furnished holiday apartment.

Our approximately 71 m² 3-room corner apartment is located on the ground floor facing southwest and is furnished to accommodate up to 4 people.

To make cooking a pleasure, the kitchen area is fully equipped with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, a microwave with oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a coffee maker, a blender, a kettle, and an egg cooker, as well as many other extras.

From the cosy sofa set, you can enjoy the stereo system with CD and MP3 playback, the large LCD TV, and the DVD player/receiver. Free Wi-Fi and a phone for calling German landlines are available. Books, children’s DVDs, and games provide entertainment.

In addition, the apartments offer Sky Stream, giving you access to the Bundesliga, the 2. Liga, and other sports channels via Sky Sport.

Both bedrooms are equipped with a double bed, nightstands, reading lamps, a large sliding-door closet, and an LCD flat-screen TV. One bedroom features a built-in safe.

Furthermore, a shower/toilet with a hair dryer, a cosmetic mirror, and ample storage space are at your disposal.
An additional guest bathroom with a large sink is also available. In the storage room, an iron, ironing board, and clothes rack round out the amenities.

You can comfortably wind down the day on the 12 m² covered southwest-facing balcony.

Beach chair No. 60 in section No. 44 is available to you free of charge from May 1 through September 30.

The Residenz Hohe Lith, consisting of four buildings, is located right next to the beach, directly behind the dike in Cuxhaven Duhnen. The comfortable apartments are fully equipped, and some offer a stunning view of the North Sea.
Recreational amenities: children’s playground; wellness area with swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and infrared cabin; the Steinmarne outdoor pool is just a few minutes’ walk away.

Parking spaces in the underground garage (some uncovered), assigned according to apartment number (max. entry height 2.00 m, parking space width 2.20 m – 2.40 m; no entitlement to a replacement parking space).

Bicycle rental at the Kurparkresidenz: H&P guests receive a 10% discount on standard bikes (excluding e-bikes).

Beach chair rental at especially favourable rates (only while supplies last). Please reserve your beach chair in advance by phone.


Free Wi-Fi internet access in all holiday apartments.
Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available on the premises.
Check-in on Sundays and holidays between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out from 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
