This beautiful holiday home, featuring a traditional thatched roof, shutters, a fieldstone fence typical of the area, and a 763 m² lot by the pond, is located in a new holiday home community. It offers plenty of space for five guests (two bedrooms with double beds, one with a single bed) and features a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sauna on the upper floor, as well as a guest bathroom on the ground floor.
On the ground floor, there is an approximately 30-square-meter living-dining area with a cosy sofa corner, a wood-burning stove, and satellite TV with Sky; in addition to a fully equipped kitchen, there is a dining table for 6 people. The spacious terrace offers a magnificent view of the pond and plenty of morning and evening sun.
