You can’t get any closer to the expansive sandy beach and the Elbe River with its massive ships! Located right on the Abbenfleth Elbe dike, directly across from the Elbe island of Pagensand, in the front row on a very quiet residential street! Only the green dike separates the newly renovated Kapitänshaus from the fine sand of the beach and the massive container ships and cruise liners on the Elbe! Brand-new (2022), approximately 68 m² holiday apartment with a sun terrace and fenced-in property! A well-behaved dog is always welcome here! One bedroom for two adults, a sleeper sofa for one or more additional guests in the living/dining room, a bathroom with a toilet and shower, a fully equipped open kitchen, a private entrance, and a parking space on the property. There are a few steps leading to the front door and the sun terrace, so unfortunately the apartment is NOT wheelchair accessible.<br><br><br><br>Pagensand Holiday Rental:<br><br>Brand-new, bright apartment with modern furnishings. Open, fully equipped kitchen and a bedroom with a large double bed. Living/dining room with an additional sleeper sofa, plus a bathroom with a toilet and shower. The holiday rental has a separate entrance, a parking space on the fenced-in property, and a sun terrace in front of the kitchen with garden furniture and a grill set. This is a strictly non-smoking apartment with wood and tile floors and high ceilings, located in a very quiet area on a residential street right next to the Elbe River embankment. <br><br><br><br>Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
