About this property

Modern living in a historic townhouse

The extraordinary thing about our apartment is that it was built in 2013 in a swimming pool with adjoining conservatory. Both located in the quiet backyard one of the oldest monumental houses Stade, right in the historic center of Stade on the old Hanseatic port. This unusual origin has been lovingly preserved. Of course, your apartment has all the amenities, including a modern, contemporary apartment. Single storey conservatory has been set up as a living area with integrated kitchen. High quality blinds at the revolving wooden lattice windows protect from the sun and enable if necessary complete privacy. Through a glass door you enter the former swimming pool in which a new layer of wood and glass was drafted, on which the designed frosted glass bathroom are on one side of the sleeping area and on the other side. Below this level, new sauna and laundry room with washer and dryer was installed. In sheltered, Mediterranean-style courtyard you with a sunny terrace. Here you will find secure storage for your bikes.

Enjoy - just 'around the corner' the pulsating life at the fish market with its restaurants and cafes, you can visit the old town with its many small shops. The new marina is just a stone's throw away, as the Stader museums (the Kunsthaus is our immediate neighbor, the Swedish Warehouse Museum is only about 50 meters away). Even the moat with its ramparts, the green belt that surrounds the old town Stader is not 100 meters away, invites you to relaxing stroll down to the swingarm lowlands or for jogging a.
