Die sicherlich einmal liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung hätte etwas mehr Pflege verdient. So zeigten sich schnell Defizite in der Sauberkeit und Hygiene (Strandkorb ist verdreckt und verschlissen, Schimmel im Bad, ein Hygieneplan für den Whirlpool liegt nicht vor, überall etwas staubig und sichtbare Verunreinigungen) Die Küche ist technisch ausreichend ausgestattet. Bei den Basics bleibt aber noch Luft nach oben. Die Abzugshaube macht Geräusche, als hätte sie Asthma. Insgesamt hinterlässt die Wohnung schon einen gebrauchten Eindruck. Wie gesagt, etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit, etwas mehr Pflege, etwas mehr Zuwendung würde ich mir für die Wohnung wünschen. Der Blick über die Ostsee begeistert, der Blick auf die Flachdächer und Hinterhöfe zwischen Kurmittelzentrum und Seebrücke vermitteln den Eindruck eines Ghettos.
