Welcome to Apartment 17 in Building 5 of the Vier Jahreszeiten!<br>The building is located in the second row of houses—just a stone’s throw from the new beach promenade and the fine-sand South Beach. Your holiday apartment is on the ground floor, which is the middle floor. <br><br>The bright and newly renovated apartment impresses not only with its ocean view from the furnished corner balcony.<br>In this lovingly furnished two-room apartment on the ground floor, you’ll find a modern, renovated interior shower room with a heated towel rack, a spacious shower with glass doors, and an illuminated mirror cabinet with a power outlet.<br>In the living/dining and kitchen area, you’ll find a small, well-equipped built-in kitchen with a coffee maker, dishwasher, oven with integrated microwave function, hand blender, and a 3-burner ceramic cooktop for stress-free self-catering during your holiday. From the dining table by the window, you can enjoy the partial view of the sea while eating, planning your next excursions, or engaging in good conversation. Or snuggle up on the cosy couch or in the armchair with a book or entertainment from the flat-screen TV. If needed, the new couch converts into a cosy, large sleeping area for a third guest at night. The electric exterior blinds ensure undisturbed sleep and privacy here as well.<br><br>In the cosy bedroom, a comfortable bed made up of two single beds ensures restful nights. A spacious closet is available in the separate room with windows to store your holiday wardrobe.<br><br>This family-friendly apartment warmly welcomes young families!<br>A high-quality travel cot with a mattress, as well as a high chair, step stool, and children’s bench, are available for our youngest guests. The “Kinderinsel” beach activity area, many different playgrounds—some right on the boardwalk—and the long stretch of shallow water with frequent sandbars that invite children to play and dig will let you thoroughly enjoy your holiday in Großenbrode as a young family, even with your four-legged friend!<br><br>Is your dog simply part of the family—even on holiday? He’s very welcome in this apartment! <br>Our tip: Enjoy walks together on the South Beach (only from November to March) or year-round along Großenbrode’s kilometers-long stretches of coastline, in the open fields, or on the unspoiled West Beach near the Fehmarn Sound Bridge.<br><br>***Please note that there is no lift available in Building 5***<br><br>***All of our holiday rentals are non-smoking apartments. If you smoke on the balcony, please make sure the smoke does not drift into the apartment***<br><br>There is no Wi-Fi available in this apartment! <br>It is not possible to add this to your booking!<br><br><br>Complex:<br><br> The “Vier Jahreszeiten” holiday complex comprises 6 different buildings ranging from 3 to 8 stories—just a stone’s throw from the white, fine-sand South Beach. These feature 1- to 3-room apartments ranging from approximately 35 to 50 square metres.<br>The buildings in the complex are located directly on the newly built promenade, whose wooden walkways lead through the dunes to cosy seating areas. Restaurants, shops, and recreational activities are within walking distance along the promenade. <br>In Buildings 1, 2, and 3 (NOT IN BUILDINGS 4, 5, AND 6), there are 2 lifts and a laundry room with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers (available for a fee) in each building. The dryers and washing machines are available for use by all guests of the complex. <br>A large car park with a barrier system across from the buildings provides one free, unassigned parking space for each residential unit.<br><br>The quality and availability of internet access in the apartments depend on the complex’s occupancy rate and are beyond our control; therefore, we cannot guarantee them.
