About this property

Sanibel Village- spacious condo with pool, close to area beaches.

Sanibel Village Unit 3310 is located about 1.5 miles to the beach, west of Coastal Highway. This second-floor unit is all on one level, and includes new appliances. Well-maintained and recently painted, the unit also has a screened porch on the back of the unit overlooking a beautiful pond. The community offers parking for 2 cars and access to three community pools and tennis courts. Great for escaping the crowds of downtown, nearby dining includes Arena's and Big Fish Grille all within walking distance. Guests are also a short bike ride away from Jungle Jim's, which is a fantastic alternative to the beach.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $149.50.

All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals. Credit Card payments subject to 2% fee.
